By Commissioning me, you (the client) agree to my Terms of Service (TOS):

1. You must be 18 years or older.

2. Turnaround Time:
On average, my commissions take between 2 weeks and one month to complete once the plush is started. The Client will be kept up to date of progress through either email or Discord.

3. Materials and Allergens:
My plush are made with minky, faux fur, and polyfil. They may also contain plastic pellets for weight, quilt cottons, knits, suedes, or other clothing fabric. Plush are made in a smoke-free, pet friendly (dogs and cats) home.

4. Original Characters:
For plush of original characters, you must own the character or have permission from the owner to have it made.

5. Revisions:
I try to always prevent needing revisions through extensive communication with the Client throughout the patterning and plush making process. The overall design will be discussed with the client before the work begins, and face/marking applique designs will be sent to the Client for approval.
WIP shots will be sent to the Client on a regular basis for approval/modifications. While I do my best to ask the Client for direct feedback, it is the Client’s responsibility to speak up if something is amiss. Revisions in the WIP stage are offered at no cost to the Client.
If Revisions are requested after the plush is completed, the client will be re-contracted and charged an additional fee. If the revision is a mistake on my part, no additional cost will be incurred. As a rule, I assume that every detail provided in the reference is intentional unless told otherwise.

6. Quotes:
Quotes are issued at any time through the form on my website. Base prices and average prices are listed on my website, but your price will vary due to your character’s specifications. Quotes do not include shipping, which is calculated when the plush is finished due to needing to weigh the plush.
All quotes expire 6 months after they are issued. You must request a new quote if you wish to commission me beyond this timeframe.

7. Payment:
All payments will be made through PayPal. A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the quote is due upfront before I will begin working on the plush. The remainder + shipping is due at the time the plush is completed, before the plush ships.
If you require a payment plan, a second invoice will be sent after the deposit is paid that will allow you to pay off the remainder without minimum payments or interim due dates. Payment in full + shipping is still required before the plush will be shipped.

8. Shipping:
Any shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the client. The shipping method used is up to the client. The default (and usually cheapest) method is via USPS. The client can choose any shipping method that offers tracking.
While I pack and ship my plush with the utmost care, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. This is beyond my control. Insurance can be purchased at the request and cost of the Client.

9: Refunds and Returns:
No returns are offered for original characters.
If the client must cancel their commission while the plush is in progress, a partial refund will be made, minus the 50% non-refundable deposit. If I decide to cancel the commission, the client will be refunded in full.
If a plush arrives damaged or becomes damaged through normal wear and tear, please let me know immediately and send pictures of the damage. It may be something you can fix yourself. If not, we can arrange for the plush to be sent back to me for repairs.

10: Cancellations:
I reserve the right to cancel or deny your commission for any reason. A full refund will be issued in this circumstance.

11: Rights:
I reserve the right to use all of my commissioned plush for advertising, examples for future commissions, and videos on all social media platforms. Photos of the plush will be posted on my website and all social media unless explicitly requested otherwise by the Client. I will, on request, refrain from posting WIPs for surprise gifts, but final photos will be posted once the gift is given.
The client cannot claim to be the original artist or creator of the plush.
A link back to my website or socials when posting photos is highly appreciated, but not required.
The client cannot mint or sell their commission for NFT.
I reserve the right to all patterns created for your plush.

12: Non-Response from Client:
I reserve the right to re-sell the plush if communication with the buyer fails for 2 months after the plush is completed. This includes plush of original characters
